This position will maintain the buildings of Business Jet Center and Business Jet Services for janitorial purposes. Our company is growing and looking for an additional Facilities Cleaner to take care of our buildings. As a Facilities Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the sanitation and cleanliness of the workplace.
Responsibilities:

• Empty all wastereceptacles and replace trash liners as needed (including take out trash &recycling to the dumpster)
• Clean andsupply designated building areas (vacuum, sweep, and mop floors)
• Perform highand low dusting and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures (such as desk,tables, doors and removing spider webs)
• Cleaningwindows, walls, floors, stairwells, and carpets
• Deep cleaningrestrooms (such as: disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, stalls, walls, mirrors,and vents)
• Detailedcleaning in communal areas such as kitchens, offices, conference rooms, pilotlounges, sleeping rooms, and lobby areas.
• Wipe cleanbaseboards and floor trim removing dirt
• Clean andsanitize doorknobs, phones, handrails, etc.
• Clean andpolish all partition glass at the main terminal (remove fingerprint and marksfrom glass and elevator)
• Maintain supplyand equipment closet clean, organize and safe manner
• Replenishsupplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sanitary dispensers, etc.
• Notifysupervisor of unsafe conditions, major repairs, and abnormal conditions
• Complete taskin a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Maintain thegeneral cleanliness of the building premises/adhere to cleaning schedules
• Must followairport regulations while operating a vehicle on the ramp
• Other routinemaintenance duties as assigned (such as deep cleaning projects: removal carpetstains, clean interior windows, deep cleaning offices, etc.)

Qualification Requirements:

• Experience Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Janitorialprevious experience required
• Basic knowledgeof cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Manage timeeffectively
• Ability to workeffectively with a team
• Must be able touse basic cleaning equipment
• Must beavailable to work weekends and holidays

Certification, Licenses, and badging:

• Valid Driver's License is required with clean driving record
• Ability toobtain a Dallas Love Field Security Badge
